Colorado, New York, Miami, La in 7 days.  Wowzers! I just successfully ended the busiest week of the year.  I knew I had to take very good care of myself because I had 3 different jobs in 3 different states. I wore one of those mask on every airplane.  I downloaded sleep meditation music for the plane rides, I took tons of vitamin C, I drank a ton of water, and did not have any alcohol until the last night in Miami.  When I got back to La I took an epsom salt bath and slept for about 12 hours. And it was AWESOME! I had anxiety about it b/c I thought I would be exhausted but it was AWESOME! I’m also going to add an article that gives you some MAJOR brilliant tips on epsom baths here! Give it a read!  I wanted to share some of my travel photos and also I made just loaded a video on my Youtube Channel “Tips for Travel Photography” I talk about my go to lens as well as some other tips.  Oh and if you go to Colorado def check out Estes Lake, if your headed to NYC soon you must stay at The Eventi Hotel so cute, and Miami all I have to say about Miami is DISCO BRUNCH !!! Bring your dancing shoes!

Oh I almost forgot, I used these detox foot patches after every flight. They are supposed to help with detoxify.  You sleep with them on the bottom of your feet:)
