I have never considered having a personal stylist because frankly isn’t that just for super rich people?  Well I was proven wrong this week by the gals at Style Lab.

I got The mini it was 75.00 an hour and the stylist went through my closet with a fresh eye and made new outfits out of my existing clothing.  I have to admit the thought of a fashionista looking through my closet made me a little uncomfortable. I thought ” She is gonna be so unimpressed with all of my clothes I mean I am very high low I have a few designer pieces but tons of forever 21 ect. So I was kinda insecure. But here is what went down…

Allie, Ashley, & Brittney came over turned on some music and just headed for the closet. I started hearing “Jana this is amazing I can’t believe you don’t wear this” & “OMG I love this bag I’ve never see you carry it”  All the sudden I’m feeling really comfortable and like I am hanging out with girlfriends. I was so pleasantly surprised I can’t even tell you.

You may recognize Brittney I shot her wedding last year it got published in the fashion issue of The Knot. She is amazing and the co-founder of Style Lab.  I told Brittney that I wanted to focus on outfits for client meetings. Its booking season and I’ve been taking a ton of meetings. I expressed that I want to look professional but keep my style and personality in my clothing.  You have to see the looks they put together for me!



Okay the one above is more date night but the girls wanted me to try this dress on and I loved it! I would have never thought to wear this dress.

It came from The Stylistla 

All the other looks you will see came from my closet! These Zara pants were basically in the garbage and they pulled them out and put it with this Zara denim top and I wore this outfit yesterday to a meeting!

Okay! I bought this jumper 2 years ago and wore it one time.  I actually forgot I had it. When they put this white blazer over it and handed me the leopard clutch I have never carried I was like “What! I LOVE this!” I seriously was like I cannot believe this is my stuff!



 Okay This outfit above I would have never thought about putting this look together and I love it. I think it is just perfect for a meeting. Again I am like “These are my clothes” The whole session I got was 75.00 an hour. That is less than a pair of jeans these days. At this point I’m like y’all are saving me money right now!

Again , I bought these shorts at Marshall’s y’all like over a year ago and I have never wore them. I could not believe they pulled them out and put together a cute little outfit for me.

Another dress I have never worn.  So here is the information for The Style Lab and all the services they provide I recommend doing this big time!! I am actually gonna schedule Ashley to come back and help me with what to wear to shoot a wedding!
