I am a self-improvement junkie no doubt. I know that making small changes in our everyday routine can truly change our lives. For instance instead of watching TV before we go to bed if we visualize the life we want we are spoon feeding our mind to think positive before we rest and that is Powerful. Check out what Dr. Wayne Dyer says on the subject Here. To get started have a notepad and pen on your bedside and list all if the things you are grateful for that happened today. List the small things , the sound of your daughter’s laughter, that stranger who gave you a compliment, your pet, your health, everything positive. As you lay down close your eyes and visualize the life you want. It can be abstract or very straightforward. It can be colors , words, people, you smiling holding someone so tight, it can change all the time. It is more about the feeling. I have been doing this for years. Sometimes I am doing it every night and feeling so good and feel in line with exactly what I want, other times I fall off and I forget to make my list and I go to sleep with my worries and anxieties. It is so powerful to make this a priority. I am writing this to myself as much as I am to you. Every day is a new day. Every day is a new beginning.
