Happy I Heart Mondays y’all! Today I am sharing this DIY foot detox I read about on Wellness Moma. This has been a year full of lessons for me. I am going into my 4th year as a full time photographer and Jana Williams Photography has been my baby for these past few years. I have spent countless hours in front of my computer and working working working. I know so many of you know what I am talking about. You love what you do you are crazy passionate about it and suddenly it becomes your whole life. Thats pretty awesome:) Its even more awesome when you get to a point where you make sure you are taking care of yourself and your family while you are making all of your fabulous dreams come true too! I can and will get allot deeper on this subject but today I wanna keep it light and just encourage you to take care of yourselves while you are on your journey. When you take time to workout, have date night, watch a silly movie, go to the dog park, go to the museum, live your life , you will be a better artist. When you arrive at your job you will have a more pure energy because you will be shinning from the inside out. Its very easy to glorify being busy, but we should be working ton the art of living right?
