A healthy breakfast will start your day off right and help keep you make healthy eating choices throughout the day. Today I am sharing what I breakfast recipes have been working great for me…
I am a morning person. I LOVE waking up right before the sunrise. Everything is quite, I can hear the birds outside, watch the sunset, have a cup of coffee and get to my workout class before the traffic gets crazy in LA 🙂 Personally what I choose to eat for breakfast effects how I will eat for the entire day.
#1 Egg Dish
It is such a simple dish.
Warm up a little coconut oil in a pan, throw in some organic mushrooms, add some organic spinach , let this simmer add some garlic and a little fresh ground pepper, then add 2 cage free eggs and a little egg whites as well. Scramble it all together and you are done! This breakfast is perfect to start your day. You are having protein and greens. This will help your blood sugar stay level which will help with cravings, energy, and even your moods 🙂
#2 The second breakfast for me is Ezekiel bread and peanut butter. When I travel I pack this is my suit case because you can literally have it anywhere. This is ht perfect breakfast when you are in a rush or wanting something sweet. Ezekiel bread is made from sprouted grain , it is a great source of protein, contains amino acids, and you can digest it easily. This is a very special bread and I LOVE the raisin one. I use earth balance butter and organic peanut butter. Like I said I love this option for travel and when I want a little sweet comfort breakfast.
I hope you guys have a wonderful Fitness Friday and start the weekend off in a healthy positive place. If you have a date night planned try something active for a change. Maybe skip the ling dinner and go salsa dancing:) Do something different with your lover or your friends this weekend. Dave and I have a date night and that is exactly what we are doing. I’m gonna make an early diner at home some protein and veggies then we are gonna to SALSA! Check out my snapchat JanaW to see us getting down later!
