Happy Fitness Friday y’all! I have been in Orlando this week with a packed schedule at The Engage Conference and I am proud to say that I have worked out everyday since I have been here. Has it been easy? Yes and No. These days are long full and they start early but having a fun workout partner , Jasmine Star, has made it easier:) Thanks for these photos Jasmine!

Today I want to share what I call my “Anywhere Workout” I call it this because all you need is a pair of running shoes. You can run anywhere! The Anywhere workout is a 25 min run consisting of 2 minutes of jogging and 30 second sprints until you get to 25 min. These sprints and then back to jogging gets your heart rate up and gets your sweat happening fast! I incorporate blanks in this workout. A total of 4 blanks each one minute. The total workout it 29 minutes! And you can do it anywhere! All you need is a pair of running shoes and a good attitude!
