A chic wedding at the Parker Palm Springs!
Y’all can I just tell you how sweet my bride and groom are? Victoria and Adrian were out of sight adorable! They were definitely a bit more on the shy side but they chose to work with me specifically because they knew I could give them total direction on their wedding day. They 100% put their trust in me and they totally rocked it when their wedding day came around! I cannot even begin to tell you how important it is to put that level of trust into working with your wedding photographer.
There were so many amazing and unique aspects to Victoria and Adrian’s wedding at the Parker Palm Springs, I don’t even know where to start!!! From unforgettable getting-ready moments to a heartfelt ceremony, lots of live music, and old and new traditions alike!
The band that you’ll see at the reception was a huge surprise from the father of the bride. When I tell you that their performance was an experience, the whole room was dying! It was so amazing to witness!
The couple also had a traditional Japanese Sake-Sharing ceremony! This is where sacred cups of sake are exchanged between the bride and groom’s family. This Japanese wedding day tradition dates back over 120 years and the belief behind it is that by drinking sake from the same cup, the couple is firmly united as husband and wife.
To top off the night, my amazing couple finished it up by snacking on some In-N-Out burger, yep, paper hats and all! Can you think of a more perfect way to end a California wedding? I know I can’t!
