I was introduced to the coolest Superfood delivery company yesterday! Sakara is truly amazing and these two hot babes own it! Danielle & Whitney are from Sedona Arizona and have been best friends for years. These are the type of humans who make eye contact when they talk to you, they listen when you are talking, they put their phone down and enjoy lunch, the best way I can put it is SOULFUL.  They have taken that energy and put it into their passion for making plant based super foods available to all of us by delivering it to our doorsteps.  I woke up today to this right outside my door..

Okay do you see that text that says ” As you drink your water think of 3 things you are thankful for.” OMG YES! This is one of the best things I have ever done for my life. When I wake up every single morning I say ” Thank you God for all of the amazing gifts that are happening to me today, I accept and expect abundance ” It is now the best habit that I have.   What Sakara stands for is right in line with everything I believe. The 3 things I am thankful for today is my husband Dave, my health, and choice.  Choice is a be one for me… Choice is so powerful.. We all make choices everyday and it is freedom for us. We choice to live the life we want, we choice to think the thoughts we think, we choice to live at our fullest potential.

Okay so for breakfast I had a beautiful Berry scone with apple butter. Y’all I ate it before I could take a photo.  I couldn’t help it! I was really hungry this am and it was awesome but check the Berry Scones here.

For lunch I will have This Kale Caeser with hemp Protein dressing for diner I will have this Tumeric Spiced Eggpant with Ginger-lime dressing , I had this salad yesterday for lunch and LOVED it. I am excited to have my night water before I go to sleep.
