What happens when your plans for a grand wedding in Palm Springs are dashed? You have a super chic micro wedding at The LINE Hotel in DC!!!

Kelly and Daniels original plans for a big wedding day were hit hard by, you guessed it, the pandemic. They decided instead what would work best for them was to have a micro wedding now (with less than 20 guests in attendance!) while they planned their big Palm Springs blowout for a later date.

Y’all! Can I just say, having a micro wedding doesn’t mean you have to skimp on details or style! Seriously, wait until you catch a glimpse of Kelly’s Markarian gown! Picture a champagne colored gown with gold tinsel accents, and a plunging neckline. As if that wasn’t gorgeous enough on it’s own, the waistline had an oversized flower! I mean… gorgeous!! A dress like that can only be topped off with one thing, a pair of Louboutins! Kelly chose strappy powder blue sandals and she was a wedding day vision, I can’t get enough of her sense of style! Daniel was also dressed for the day in a pair of Louboutins ! I just had to get a shot of them side by side with their iconic red bottoms on display.

Some more of my favorite details from their wedding day?

Their first look on the rooftop of their venue with their dog Rafiki! And naturally Rafiki had to show off his style sense too! He wore a speacial black bowtie for Mom & Dad’s big day!! Daniel held Rafiki’s leash with his back turned and waited patiently for Kelly to arrive. He knew Kelly was there once Rafiki started tugging on his leash and wagging his tail. Oh my heart!!!!

Another special moment from Kelly and Daniel’s wedding day was a sweet gift given to the bride. Kelly’s mom gifted her with Kelly’s grandmother’s cocktail ring. Sadly, Kelly’s grandmother passed just two weeks before her wedding so it meant the world to her to know that she had a part of her grandmother with her for her special day.
