I am having such a great time creating these Paris photo diaries for Chriselle each day of Paris Fashion Week!
It is amazing and so inspiring to see the shows and for me it’s even more inspiring to see the Parisian lifestyle and the city of lights in all of its romance. I thought I would give a little behind the scenes breakdown of the day. A little about the lens’s I am using and how my settings are different than when I shoot weddings.

We are on the go from the morning until late night. I have to pack light. I have been taking my 24-70 and my 85 mm along with my 680 ex-flash.


We have a driver and Chriselle literally changes in the car. Watch my snap chat for the real BTS. I location scout from the car and we hope out to shoot the street style. I generally have 10-12 min to shoot each outfit. I am looking for backdrops to compliment the look she is wearing to the show.



In the shows, I use flash and capture a general feeling of the show. Chriselle gives her expert fashion description on her blog. I learn so much!
