Want to meet a gorgeous couple that is so into each other? Kara Maxine and Shane Bieber are engaged and I had the amazing pleasure of working with them to shoot their engagement photos! 

Shane Bieber is a professional baseball player who currently pitches for the Cleveland Guardians. Kara Maxine is a fashion blogger and the founder of KMKCollection, a female-positive line of clothing that focuses on making women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds feel good about themselves, no matter what! Together, they are an unstoppable force who spent years traveling around the US together, finding themselves at home in each other’s arms.

Their story began back in their university days when they met attending UCSB. Years later through their wave of success, time apart during baseball season, and all of the many things that life has brought their way; their connection & commitment to each other are stronger than ever. Y’all, I cannot even begin to tell you how beautiful these two souls are! 

Shooting their engagement photos gave me a small window into their life together. I like to approach my couple’s engagement sessions as lifestyle shoots. It allows me to paint a very raw picture of the way they a couple interacts with each other. It shows me how they express their love, and how they embrace when no one is looking. Kara and Shane were so at ease with each other, so relaxed, and so open with their body language. I included a few of my favorite photos from their engagement session in the blog below.
