Anybody who knows me knows that I love inspirational books and affirmations. My Instagram feed ( Here ) is filled with spiritual encouragement and positive affirmation. I just can’t get enough. I love transferring these affirmations on to little post-it’s and sticking them up in peculiar places all over my house for me and for my family to discover and be reminded by. At any moment throughout my day, Dave will randomly forward me and his daughter June an excerpt from a book or a quote that he read or a cute video that he found inspiring and I will do the same.

The world can be filled with so much conflict and strife that it can be overwhelming at times.
It can be so easy to get caught up in our own struggles and personal conflicts that we start to block the good spring of inspiration and love that we all have inside us. So sometimes receiving an inspirational reminder of who we really are and what life is truly all about can help clear away the dirt and grimness that has built up and blurred the beautiful view of life from our windows.

It is so essential to counteract the negativity with positive words of affirmation because HOW we see the world and ourselves will dictate our reality and totally gets projected by us onto the world. Which reminds me of one of my favorite Wayne Dyer quotes, “Loving people live in a loving world. Hostile people live in a hostile world. Same world. So true!

So in celebration of Loveday otherwise known as Valentines Day here are a few of my favorite affirmations regarding LOVE.
