Happy Fitness Friday yall! Wowzer its been a busy week and I have been getting up so early to get my workouts in. I looked at Bugsy yesterday , my sweet dog, and realized we had spent barely anytime together this week. So this morning we both woke up at the crack of dawn and went to the dog park. He got to run around while I did laps around the park and then did my leg exercises and abb work. I could not imagine how hard it must be to fit everything in when you have a kid or 2 props to all of those mom's out there who make it happen! I think Bugsy is giving me practice for when I do have a baby:)
I'm off to shoot a wedding now. I hope you have a fabulous fitness friday and find a way to fit it all in!

I heart Monday is all about lens flare and flare jeans! I love a little lens flare because it adds a light and life to the photo. The photo has an imperfection that you kinda like:)
I heart flare jeans because they make your waist look tiny! Also buy them a little long and always wear your heels with your high waisted flare and you are good to go! I shot these on a canon mark 111 24-70 lens at around 3pm in the Hollywood Hills. I edited these images with my preset.
